You will bring strong strategic leadership skills, business acumen, and a track record of organisational growth, bid writing and income generation. You will have experience of working with a Board of Trustees and be confident managing stakeholder relationships at all levels. You will be an excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal and public speaking skills, and the ability to inspire and influence others. You will ideally have experience working with diverse communities, including people with learning disabilities and autistic people, and a strong understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion. You will be innovative, solutions-focused, and emotionally intelligent, with the ability to build high-performing teams, manage change, and drive continuous improvement.
