What you'll be doing Ensure the home and grounds are kept in a good state of repair and residents have access to all appropriate areas Compliance with Health and Safety legislation throughout the home, including reporting of H&S incidents Carry out day to day repairs and some refurbishment activity to maintain standards in the care home Actively engage with staff, relatives and families as part of the care home team and regularly engage with residents Ensuring that regular safety checks and servicing is carried out on all equipment and accurate records are kept. Having excellent communication with the Home Manager and also the Residents Could you be part of our team?
