About the Role As our Front of House / Shop Assistant, you ll be the first person customers meet so your positive attitude and warm welcome will set the tone for their entire experience with us. You ll support the smooth running of the shop, help customers place orders, and keep everything organised and looking great. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, staying busy, and being part of a supportive team. What You ll Be Doing Greeting customers and handling cash sales both in person and over the phone Letting customers know realistic delivery times Using our systems (including Sage) to book production jobs full training provided Keeping the shop clean, tidy, and presentable Helping the finance team with simple admin and paperwork Processing payments and managing the till Working closely with our production team to ensure everything runs smoothly What We re Looking For You don t need years of experience just the right attitude and a willingness to learn!
