ACCOUNTABILITIES • Accountable to Shift Team Leader and the accounts management team. • The post holder does not have any directly reporting staff PERSON SPECIFICATION • Education A good basic education is essential, with good written and spoken English and basic •Mathematical skills. • Training Formally trained in Mechanical/Electrical/Refrigeration Building Services maintenance, at apprentice level. • Recognised Health and Safety qualification, such as IOSH • Basic skills on Building Management Systems an advantage. • Experience (Essential) Experience of maintaining tight humidity & temperature control conditioned environments. • Experience of maintaining all relevant mechanical and electrical equipment to clearly defined criteria. • Working knowledge of building services systems/ maintenance schedules.
