Quality Assurance: Guarantee flawless artwork by reviewing and correcting files before final delivery. Brand Governance: Master the nuances of multiple brand identities and ensure consistency across all deliverables. Development: Oversee and guide other team members on layout and technical best practices Workflow Optimisation: Manage incoming projects, prioritise tasks, and allocate resources effectively. Technical Expertise: Confidently use Adobe software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro). Video editing skills extremely advantageous. This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring customer artwork is accurately processed from receipt through to proof approval, and ultimately supplied as print-ready PDFs for production. The role requires a high level of accuracy, organisation, and productivity , along with the flexibility to meet tight deadlines. You'll work closely with Sales, Production, and customers, so strong communication skills are essential. Digital Print Operator Location: Thirsk Sector: Engineering & Manufacturing Job Type: Permanent (Office-based) Salary: 28,000 - 32,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Hours: 40 hours per week (flexible across 3-5 days for the right candidate) Are you a graphic designer or artwork professional looking to move into a hands-on production role , or an experienced digital print operator ready to step into a well-established manufacturing environment? Willingness to learn new systems, machinery, and production processes. Knowledge of Mimaki UJF digital printers or similar equipment would be an advantage but is not required.
