Drive efficiency and consistency through automation , lean processes , and agile project management . Skills and Experience 5+ years' experience managing infrastructure and cloud projects. Proven track record in Azure migration (on-prem to Azure or hybrid). Experience with Microsoft 365 , infrastructure refreshes, and cloud transformation. Strong technical understanding of infrastructure, networking, and cloud technologies . Excellent communication , stakeholder management , and time management skills. Certification in PRINCE2, PMI, or Agile (or equivalent). Microsoft/Azure certifications desirable. Experience in an MSP or consultancy environment.
