The Role As Managing Director, you will take full accountability for the leadership and direction of the business. Requirements: Background in manufacturing or distribution, with an understanding of production environments. Strong leadership capability - able to inspire teams and drive organisational performance. Proven commercial acumen across customer management, pricing, margins, and strategic sales. Ability to set and execute long range plans with clarity and focus. Depth of operational understanding: manufacturing, quality, H&S, and continuous improvement. A hands on, practical approach to leadership. A track record of improving sales performance within an established business.
