Excellent knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, including root-cause analysis and corrective action processes. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring schematics. Proficiency in using testing and diagnostic equipment for control panels. Desirable: Level 3 engineering qualification or higher. Direct experience with ISO 9001 audits and compliance. Working knowledge of PLC control panels.
