Job Purpose The contract covers a number of healthcare properties in a patch between Bristol, Salisbury and Swindon and the role will involve; Carrying out Planned and Reactive Maintenance including Statutory Compliance testing. You will also support and assist with other general building fabric repairs and PPM's. There will also be the requirement to participate in the call-out rota to provide out-of-hours support.
