Electronics Design EngineerClient: BAE Systems Location: Broad Oak (Hybrid) Contract: 12 months, 37 hours per week Hourly Rate: £81.90 Umbrella (Inside IR35) Security Clearance: BPSS + SC + UK EYES ONLY About the Role BAE are seeking a skilled Electronics Design Engineer to join our engineering team, focusing on analogue electronic hardware design and development. You'll contribute to both new product development and technology insertions into legacy systems, supporting the full design lifecycle from concept through to production and integration. Key Responsibilities Develop detailed analogue circuit designs, including component selection, simulation, and schematic capture Collaborate with PCB layout teams and specify bespoke hardware Support design verification through simulation, analysis, and test (including EMC) Produce high-quality technical documentation and design reports Interface with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, including embedded software and PLD engineers Assist in developing system-level designs and technical requirements Participate in design reviews, system integration, and customer installation support Required Skills & Experience Strong background in analogue electronic design , including op-amps, transistors, control loops, and low-noise techniques Proven experience in component-level design for production Experience with design proving, defect resolution , and integration Ability to deliver within cost and time constraints Desirable: Experience in safety-related or defence environments and pressure sensor design To be considered, Please either Click apply or email About BAE: BAE Systems is a leading global defence, aerospace, and security company.
