Onboarding new Engineers and ensuring all required documentation is received and kept up to date. Experience: Experience working in a similar role is preferred. Able to learn new processes and systems as well as absorb information quickly. A high work ethic and an energetic, methodical approach to work. Excellent organisational skills with a keen focus on attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Able to work on your own initiative and see things through. Competent in prioritising workloads. Experience with using CRM systems (Salesforce). Although industry knowledge is desirable, it is not essential as full training will be provided, however ability to absorb information quickly is imperative.
