Coventry Have you recently finished your primary teacher training and looking for some supply work to gain some more valuable teaching experience within the primary school setting in the Coventry and Warwickshire area? ABC Teachers are currently working with many client schools across the area and support ECT's to help find the teaching posts that are right for you. Working in many of our local primary schools across Coventry and Warwickshire you will be able to build strong links within our schools which making you appealing to future employers. The Role Working for ABC Teachers will give you scope to work on a full time or part time basis, as well as having the option to work on a day to day basis, or in short term and long term positions depending on what suits your circumstances and joining our ECT Pool will give you exclusive access to a variety of ECT roles in your local area. In the meantime, whilst you are still studying and waiting for your QTS to be awarded, we can offer you work as a Teaching Assistant which will allow you to experience different schools in your local area so you can find a school that is right for you ready for September 2025. Schools ABC Teachers work with a range of Good and Outstanding primary schools the area and the surrounding areas who will be looking to recruit new staff for September 2025. To be considered for the role of Primary Teacher ECT Pool you will: Have experience teaching in a primary school setting Strong classroom management skills A positive, proactive, can do attitude Delivery and mark work Ability to build rapport with colleagues and students Excellent time management and organisation skills Knowledge of the EYFS or KS1 or KS2 Primary teaching curriculum Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or in the process of working towards obtaining QTS Able to provide to references to cover the last 2 years of both Education and Employment School Placement A passion for working with children Flexible and adaptable, open to working in a range of different schools in and around the surrounding areas Ability to drive is desirable but not essential for this position Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: QTS and recent relevant experience ABC Teachers is committed to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults.
