Apprenticeship Trainer - Bus and Coach (Level 3) Location: Nantwich Hours: Full-time (37 hours/week) - Part-time applications welcome Contract: Permanent or Temporary Are you passionate about shaping the future of the transport industry? Reed Further Education are looking for a Trainer to deliver on the Bus and Coach apprenticeship. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by coaching, mentoring, and teaching the next generation of skilled professionals. What You'll Be Doing: • Deliver engaging teaching sessions in both classroom and workshop settings. • Coach and mentor apprentices to develop their knowledge, skills, and behaviours. • Prepare learners for End Point Assessments through guidance and mock assessments. • Collaborate with employers and fellow coaches to embed learning in the workplace. • Support learners with Maths, English, and ICT to meet Functional Skills requirements. • Conduct progress reviews and maintain accurate learner records. • Inspire and motivate learners to achieve their qualifications on time. What We're Looking For: Essential: • Relevant industry experience and qualifications (Level 3 or above). • Functional Skills Level 2 in English, Maths, and ICT (or willingness to achieve). • Strong coaching and teaching skills, especially in workshop environments. • Excellent communication, planning, and learner engagement abilities. Desirable: • Coaching or teaching qualifications (Cert Ed, CTTLS, DTTLS). • Assessor qualifications (TAQA, A1, D32/33). • Knowledge of government-funded training programmes.
