Purpose of the Role: Reporting directly to the Head of Property, the role involves managing both planned and reactive maintenance tasks across properties within the organisation. Responsibilities include performing necessary repairs and installations as required. This position is home-based, with daily travel to complete maintenance and repair tasks at properties. Duties and Responsibilities: Perform tasks in both occupied and vacant properties, including: Plumbing: Conduct a variety of plumbing repairs and minor installations.
