Responsibilities: Carry out 1st and 2nd fix carpentry, including door hanging, skirting, architraves, and flooring. Install and repair timber structures, including kitchen units, worktops, and built-in furniture. Replace and repair fire doors and frames to current regulations. Work in both occupied and void domestic properties with a focus on quality and tenant satisfaction. Conduct minor multi-trade tasks where required (e.g., patch plastering, basic tiling). Ensure all works are completed in line with health and safety standards. Use a PDA or mobile device to receive and close out jobs with accurate notes and photos.
