The Senior FRAEW Surveyor's Role The Senior FRAEW Surveyor will manage the delivery of Fire Risk Appraisals of External Walls (FRAEWs), taking the lead on a range of complex instructions. The role involves close client liaison, report authoring, regulatory interpretation, and providing proportionate, risk-based recommendations.
