Analyse business requirements and design solutions for inbound, outbound, internal warehouse movements, and inventory management. Integrate SAP EWM with other SAP modules including SD, MM, PP, QM, and LE, as well as external automation systems (RF, conveyors, ASRS, AGVs). Configure EWM master data such as warehouse structure, storage types, work centres, resources, and packaging specifications. Configure and support putaway, picking strategies, slotting, replenishment, and wave management processes. Manage and configure RF processes, labour management, and warehouse order creation rules. Provide end-user training, SOP documentation, and functional knowledge-transfer sessions. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP EWM issues, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure system stability and performance.
