Science Teacher / Cover Supervisor - Cambridgeshire Location: Cambridgeshire (including Peterborough, Cambridge, Ely, Huntingdon, St Neots, and surrounding areas) Salary: 130- 230 per day (depending on experience and role) Job Type: Supply / Temporary / Part-time / Full-time (subject to school needs) Start Date: ASAP / Ongoing Are you a qualified Science Teacher or Cover Supervisor looking for flexible teaching work? Aspire People is working with secondary schools across Cambridgeshire who require talented Science Teachers and Cover Supervisors to support students in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or General Science. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exciting Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 if applicable) Cover Science lessons when required, following provided plans and resources Ensure effective classroom management and a positive learning environment Foster an interest in Science and encourage independent learning Provide feedback on student progress when required You will need: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant experience as a Cover Supervisor in Science A strong background in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or general Science Excellent classroom management and communication skills Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply through Aspire People) Flexibility to work in a variety of school environments and adapt to their needs Why Aspire People?
