About the Role As an M&E Technician, you will play a key role in delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial buildings, including offices, retail, mixed-use developments, critical environments, and public sector sites. Strong fault-finding skills and experience with hand tools and test equipment. Ability to work independently or as part of a wider engineering team. Desirable: Experience within commercial FM, critical environments, or multi-skilled engineering roles. Desirable: Additional tickets such as F-Gas, LVAP, IPAF, PASMA, or water hygiene.
