Key Responsibilities Develop, write, and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical manuals. Collaborate with software engineers, business analysts, and project managers to translate technical concepts into user-friendly documentation. Research end user needs to create informative content and identify areas for improvement in existing documentation. Document software systems, APIs, workflows, and development processes in alignment with internal style guides and standards. Create and deliver engaging PowerPoint presentations for training, stakeholder communications, and management briefings. Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity across all written materials and presentations. Contribute to knowledge management systems and support continuous improvement in documentation practices. Review and edit documentation produced by technical teams for quality and adherence to style guidelines. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Technical Author/Writer in a software engineering or IT environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail. Strong understanding of software engineering concepts, methodologies, and tools (e.g., SDLC, Agile, DevOps). Demonstrated ability to create clear process documentation and technical content for diverse audiences. Advanced proficiency creating professional, visually engaging presentations, and info graphics). Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Markdown, MS Word, MS Powerpoint or equivalent). Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams. Critical thinking and analytical skills to understand user needs and the information gap. Proficiency with common technical writing tools and content management systems. Education & Experience Extensive experience in technical writing, process documentation, or software engineering-related roles. Lead IAM/ PAM TesterUtilitiesPredominantly remote: Occasional travel to Warwick6 months+£550 per day In short: We're implementing new and heavily regulated controls across our Privileged Access Management solution and we need a strong IAM / PAM Tester who can document the processes around implementing controls and regulatory requirements. You will be delivering across BAU, Programmes and Vendors. In full: General Responsibilities: Develop detailed test scripts aligned with business and technical specifications Maintain traceability between test cases and source requirements to ensure auditability and complete test coverage Execute hands-on testing activities across System Testing (ST) , System Integration Testing (SIT) , and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Use ADO Board (or similar tool) to log test progress, raise and manage defects, and report daily status to the Test Lead Work closely with business users during UAT to validate scenarios and document test evidence Contribute to key testing documentation, including execution summaries and the final Test Closure Report Provide structured support to Project Managers and Test Leads throughout the testing lifecycle In addition to the above responsibilities, the IdAM Test Analyst must have proven experience testing Identity and Access Management (IdAM) systems.
