Key Responsibilities: * Define and own the ITAM architecture for large-scale environments with 100+ software publishers, ensuring compliance and optimisation across diverse licensing models. * Develop a multi-phase roadmap for SAM Pro and HAM Pro, incorporating publisher-specific packs and automation for high-volume reconciliation. * Lead design for complex entitlement modelling, contract management, and reclamation workflows across major publishers (Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Adobe, SAP, and others). * Implement scalable normalisation and reconciliation strategies to handle high-volume data ingestion and multi-publisher ELP reporting. * Architect integrations with multiple discovery sources and ERP systems to support large publisher catalogues, ensuring data quality and conflict resolution at scale. * Establish governance frameworks for audit defence and true-up processes across 100+ publishers, including risk scoring and compliance dashboards. * Drive remediation plans for over/under-licensing and ensure readiness for external audits. * Mentor teams on advanced SAM/HAM configurations and publisher-specific optimisation strategies.
