Our Blue Chip Financial Services Client is looking for an Employee Relations Consultant with a good knowledge of UK & Irish law. The role will be 6 months initially and will be via an Umbrella company. Will involve 1 to 2 days on site in London As an Employee Relations Consultant, you will provide expert support and advice to the business divisions and corporate functions throughout the UK and Ireland ensuring the effective management of internal and external Employee Relations (ER) matters and ER related risks (eg legal, financial and reputational). Experience Proven experience working in a fast faced ER function (Financial services experience preferable). Knowledge of UK and Irish Employment Law. Proven experience managing ER Cases.
