This role will provide tax audit support on our largest, high-profile audits across a range of groups and sectors. Just as key will be acting as a tax accounting specialist to our non-audit clients, assisting with complex provisioning engagements and the tax accounting aspects of GAAP conversions, carve out accounting and acquisition accounting. Clients and audited entities include FTSE companies, AIM listed companies, large inbounds and private equity backed businesses. You will be responsible for a number of tax audits, acting as the point of contact with the main audit team, and working closely with junior staff and tax partners to deliver this work.
