KRG are working with a long established and highly respected integrated marketing agency in Brighton who are on the search for an SEO Manager to join their growing team. They work on integrated campaigns for a range of local and UK clients using their specialists across SEO, content, social media, paid media, web design and analytics. The team has been expanding over the past few months as the agency has had a increase of inbound leads with new clients and they value ensuring that none of the team have a workload which is too much, so they're looking to hire another Manager to own some of their growing client accounts! Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute SEO strategies tailored to clients' goals and target audiences. Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for content and technical optimisation. Perform SEO audits of client websites to assess performance, uncover issues, and recommend improvements. Manage on-page SEO including meta tags, internal linking, URL structure, content optimisation, and schema markup. Oversee technical SEO such as site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability, indexing, and structured data. Collaborate with content teams to guide the creation of SEO-optimised content (blogs, landing pages, etc.). Monitor and analyse SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Generate reports that clearly communicate SEO progress, KPIs, and ROI to clients. Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. Coordinate with web developers to implement technical changes and enhancements. Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates, present results, and refine strategy. Support junior team members, ensuring best practices are followed across client accounts. Maintain project timelines and budgets while ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. About You: Agency side SEO experience at a Senior Executive or Manager level - or equivalent. Good organisation and time management skills. Analytical mind and problem-solving skills. Great written skills. Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets and Slides. Basic understanding of CSS and HTML.
