This is a 12-week fixed-term contract covering sick leave, working within a warehouse-type building environment.The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and ensuring the facility remains compliant and operationally safe. Key Responsibilities: Perform multi-skilled and electrically-biased maintenance tasks across the site. Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment. Carry out health and safety checks, including fire door inspections/ sprinkler system checks Diagnose and repair faults in electrical systems and general building fabric. Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any issues. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations and company procedures. Requirements: Proven experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role, ideally within a warehouse or industrial environment. Electrical qualifications (e.g., 18th Edition or equivalent). Strong understanding of building services and compliance checks. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Good communication and reporting skills.
