You will assist tradesmen that are providing repairs and maintenance to social housing properties. This role comes with a company van (for work purposes), fuel card and uniform. The Role You will be helping with the installation of kitchens & bathrooms, assisting the Trades and helping with clear ups. As travel will be expected you will need to have a full UK driving licence. Duties & Responsibilities The Labourer responsibilities will include: Working in partnership with other operatives to complete projects. Recording and submitting accurate data using the PDA device Providing excellent customer service to all tenants and clients. Comply with safeguarding policy and H&S standards at all times. What You Will Need Essential criteria: Labouring experience Full UK driving licence Desirable: Experience within a social housing setting is advantageous.
