This role will see you carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across various building fabric systems, ensuring full compliance with safety and operational standards. The Role: Fabric Technician As a Fabric Technician , you'll be responsible for delivering a wide range of building maintenance and repair services. Your focus will be on maintaining fabric and limited engineering assets to ensure that all works are delivered safely, on time, and in line with contractual and compliance standards.
