We are looking for individuals who have completed an Aerospace or Engineering full Apprenticeship including the following relevant specialties: Mechanical Fitting Sheet Metal Worker Shipwright Automotive Technician Maintenance Fitter/Electrician Aero Jig Fitter Toolmaker Machinist Fitter/Turner Composite repair specialist Heating/ventilation Technician (e.g. Gas Safe registered) About Airbus At Broughton, the site designs, tests, and manufactures the wings for all Airbus' commercial aircraft, except for the A220, directly sustaining about 9,000 UK jobs. It's home to a workforce of 6,000 Airbus highly skilled personnel, boasting a proud tradition of aerospace manufacturing dating back 80 years, having produced such aviation classics as the Wellington and Lancaster, and De Havilland's Mosquito and Comet. Broughton is conveniently located in close proximity to major road networks, specifically the A55 and M53. MANE are currently recruiting for a skilled and detail-oriented Composite Fitter to join our Aerospace client on FAL. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise assembly, fitting, and installation of front row monuments (e.g., bulkheads, stowages, wardrobes, and class dividers) to the highest quality standards, in line with production schedules and engineering specifications. Key Responsibilities: Assemble and install front row monuments (e.g., bulkhead units, crew storage, class dividers) in line with technical drawings and build instructions Work with a range of materials including composites, aluminium, and engineered plastics Ensure all builds meet strict aerospace or transport industry tolerances and quality standards Carry out drilling, riveting, bonding, sealing, trimming, and torquing operations as required Work collaboratively with Engineering and Quality teams to resolve build issues Conduct in-process checks and inspections, ensuring compliance with technical and safety requirements Maintain accurate documentation of assembly tasks, reworks, and sign-offs Ensure workstations are kept clean and comply with 5S/Lean principles Adhere to all Health & Safety and Company policies Key Requirements: Proven experience in final assembly or cabin interiors, ideally within aerospace or high-end transport manufacturing Skilled in reading and interpreting technical drawings and build manuals Strong hand and power tool skills (riveters, drills, sealant guns, etc.) Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow precise work instructions Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-quality production environment Understanding of ESD, FOD, and cleanroom standards is desirable Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills Desirable: Experience with monuments assembly (front row/cabin interiors) Familiarity with Airbus or Boeing programs Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 in Aerospace Engineering or similar discipline

Job Summary To apply a wide range of water based and solvent based paint finishes to metallic, composite and plastic substrates. Achieve a high quality finish in line with engineering process specification, drawing and customer requirements. Scope of Responsibilities Work as a part of a small team of skilled paint technicians. Report any issues or constraints to operations line leader in a timely manner. Accept responsibility for on time delivery of quality conforming product. Be able to work with a wide range of support functions including manufacturing engineers, line leaders, production controllers and production co-ordinators. Participate in improvement activities as and when required to do so Key Responsibilities Preparing, mixing and applying various primers, paints and top coats as per colour document requirements. Preparing substrate surfaces for priming and top coating. Polishing where required, by use of hand or air tools. Masking to drawing requirements to ensure correct finish is achieved. Maintaining spray equipment. Maintain a safe and clean working environment through adherence to 5S principles. Compliance with all PPE requirements as identified in area Risk Assessments and COSHH assessments etc. Organising own workload in line with business requirements Experience in decorative paint spraying is essential Hours & Pay Monday - Friday mornings and afternoons rotating - £19.38ph Sunday to thursday night shifts - £21.00ph.
