Demonstrable experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment. Trained Six Sigma Green Belt (or equivalent). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset. Proven ability to lead, influence, and engage teams at all levels. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organisational and project management experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CI/Lean methodologies.
