Our client - a leading Utilities & Infrastructure consultancy - is expanding their Infrastructure & Regeneration team and seeking an experienced Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join their growing team in the South. From city centre regeneration and clean energy schemes to biodiversity gains and future transport projects, you'll play a vital role in delivering the infrastructure the UK needs for the 21st century and beyond. Working with a diverse client base - from national infrastructure providers, utilities, and developers to councils, housing associations, large-scale landowners, and private individuals - you'll gain unrivalled exposure across all property types: coastal, rural, commercial, industrial, and residential. The role can be based in Birmingham (with excellent transport links) or another office location to suit, with regular travel across sites nationwide.
