Where you will be working: Location: 119-121 Heene Road, Worthing, West Sussex, BN11 4NY Bradfield House is part of our Learning Disability and Autism division and provides a specialist residential service for men and women with a range of learning disabilities, including autism and sensory and communication impairments. This specialist service is designed for those individuals with a learning disability who require a high level of support to live within a community setting and will continue to require this longer term. Clients may be transitioning from children's residential services, education, moving out of the family home. We are also experienced in successfully managing clients moving from services where their placements may have broken down or where their needs are no longer being met. The aim of the service is to encourage individuals to lead a full and valued life, enabling them to live more independently through a programme of active community engagement, developing meaningful social networks and developing robust coping strategies. The home has two lounges, and ten spacious bedrooms with full en-suite facilities. The home also has two fully enclosed gardens. Bradfield House is situated in the conservation area of Worthing, West Sussex, just a short walk to the sea front, and mile to West Worthing main line train station. This seaside town with a pier and promenade enjoys an excellent range of facilities and amenities. Worthing has direct train access to Brighton and London and good road links around the area.
