Client Opportunity Statements: As we continue on our growth journey, we are focused on elevating our client development and consulting capability. Currently our C-Suite find themselves heavily involved in hands-on client development and need to step back, to ensure focus on strategy and long-term business growth. We need to secure an individual who can not only embed themselves into our customer, but equally develop a deep understanding of their complex operation. The Head of Client Development will grow robust relationships with senior stakeholders across client s board and leverage these to identify opportunities for our business. The incoming Head of Client Development will need to remain persistent and patient in their approach, recognising that our sales cycles can take more than 12 months. Challenges expected within the first 12 months include: The incoming Head of Client Development will need to recalibrate how they measure success, with sales cycles that take more than 12 months, wins come from extensive and detailed consultation with the customer. The incoming Head of Client Development will need to build a deep understanding of our client and appreciate not only the scale but also the diversity of their operation. Although the company are shifting to more of a SAAS model, the incoming Head of Sales will need to appreciate that the service remains complex and requires extensive and relentless consultation with the client. Who we're looking for This role requires the ability to interpret Cyber Threat Intelligence and technical controls and communicate effectively to all levels of the organisation. Ideally, you'll have a good experience working within IT/OT in an operational or corporate environment with a good knowledge of control frameworks such as ISO27001, ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), NIST, SABSA and IEC 62443 and cyber kill chain. What we will be looking for you to demonstrate Project management and technical delivery leadership experience of medium to large smart building projects Experience and capability in the commercial and technical management of projects using appropriate business tools A proven ability to win work and can support our growing BTS offer in London and Birmingham Leadership potential, capable of communicating technical detail graphically and effectively with other members of the project team, stakeholders & clients.
