Multi Trade Operative Salary: £36,000 to £40,000 per annum dependent upon skills Location: Dartford (Fixed Location) Are you a skilled Tradesman looking to join a dynamic team? Our client has some exciting opportunities. They are reputable company that carries out remedial works for Home Insurance Companies around the Dartford office. They are seeking dedicated Multi Trade Operatives who are passionate about delivering high-quality workmanship in a variety of situations including fire, flood, and storm damage. They are actively seeking: Carpenters (who can fit kitchens also) Plasterers Decorators (Painting and Paper hanging) As a Multi Trade Operative, you will work on varied tasks both independently and as part of a small team. Your work will primarily fall within a 50-mile radius of Dartford, covering postcodes such as DA, BR, SE, CR, KT, ME, CT, TN, IG, SS, and RM. Key Responsibilities: Carpentry: Second fix carpentry works including skirting boards, doors, and architraves and fitting Howdens kitchens including Mitred worktops. Plastering: Carry out plastering of ceilings and walls post-damage. Decorating: Conduct quality painting and hanging feature wallpapers. Collaborate effectively with other team members and Electricians / Plumbers on our client s larger jobs. The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in your given trade(s). Ability to work both independently and in small teams. Good communication skills. Holding a current driving licence. Possessing additional skills such as tiling or plumbing would be advantageous Our client welcomes Multi Trades! Benefits On Offer: Profit Sharing Bonus Scheme every quarter.
