Demonstrated success in budget preparation, cost control, and margin optimization. Ability to interpret financial reports and implement corrective actions to maintain profitability. Hands-on experience in preparing tenders, pricing strategies, and bid submissions for regional or national contracts. Familiarity with procurement frameworks and private sector tendering processes. Experience with estimating models or software Track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships. Skilled in negotiating commercial terms and managing client expectations.
