This is a pivotal role for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is passionate about driving a proactive safety culture. The ideal candidate will balance strategic oversight with an active presence on the shop floor ensuring compliance, engagement, and continuous improvement across all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) areas. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company s Health & Safety strategy, policies, and procedures in line with current legislation and best practice. Partner with leadership and line managers to embed a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across all operations. Conduct regular reviews of existing systems to identify gaps and deliver process enhancements that improve operational safety and efficiency. Lead risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations, ensuring root causes are addressed and corrective actions implemented swiftly.
