HR Advisor Responsibilities This contract position will involve, but will not be limited to: Supporting managers across the full employment lifecycle, ensuring compliance with UK employment law and best practices to optimise HR processes. Managing employee relations issues, performance management processes, and absence handling to foster a positive workplace culture. Solutions-focused, results-driven, with excellent communication and organisational skills. Confident facilitator and presenter, capable of driving HR initiatives. Proficient in MS Office and HR systems such as Bamboo HR. Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Location This role is based in South Oxfordshire and offers hybrid working, with a flexible approach. You will need to be in the office atleast 2 days per week.
