This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a highly driven commercial team, working on a portfolio of highways projects across the region. The Role As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of NEC-managed contracts. You will be responsible for the commercial management of multiple schemes in a fast-paced environment, ensuring value is maximised and risks are effectively managed. Key Responsibilities Administering and managing contracts under NEC forms. Managing costs, valuations, variations, and subcontract accounts. Preparing and presenting accurate financial reports.
