Strong understanding of UK EIA Regulations, planning law, and environmental policy frameworks. Ability to scope, coordinate, and technically review environmental chapters and assessments to a high standard. Track record of embedding sustainability and mitigation strategies within project design. Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and complex project programmes to time and budget. Experience liaising with planning authorities, statutory consultees, and stakeholders to support successful applications. Skilled in preparing bids, proposals, and fee estimates to support business growth. Strong communication and report-writing skills, with the ability to explain complex environmental issues clearly.
