This is a qualified nurse role - (Registered Childrens Nurse) What you'll be working: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm Home based - With travel across the designated region Devon & Cornwall (Travelling expenses will be paid) What you'll be doing: The Clinical Manager will have responsibility of completing Competency based training to the Support Workers supporting clients with complex needs, working in conjunction with other team members. Delegation of approved clinical skills to Support Workers and Care Managers through training and assessment which will contribute to safe and effective service provision Work with the Care Manager team within their designated region to ensure that delegation of skills requirements within the region are planned ahead Evidence delegation of clinical skills to Support Workers / other team members in line with company policy Conduct annual observations of Support Workers and Care Managers within the workplace Clinical support for Trache, vents , Catheterization , epilepsy , blood glucose monitoring NIVS, nebs peg What you'll have: A current NMC Pin registration (Registered Childrens Nurse ) A legal right to work in the U.K. Full driving licence with your own vehicle Up to date knowledge and experience in Trache, Vents, Catheterization, Epilepsy, Blood Glucose monitoring NIVS, Nebs Peg We also want to ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable facilities to participate in job applications or interviews to perform essential job functions.
