About the role We are recruiting for a Senior Treasury Analyst Capital Reporting to support the Groups capital management and MREL frameworks through robust preparation and review of capital adequacy reports. The Senior Treasury Analyst will take responsibility for the provision of high-quality financial analysis, modelling and reporting, and will use this to determine and monitor capital and MREL requirements in accordance with GALCo and Board targets and limits. Your new company We're looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join a leading financial services organisation. This role focusses on delivering actionable insights and high-quality reporting to support commercial decision-making. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to analyse data, build dashboards, and enhance business intelligence capabilities across multiple regions. Your new role Data Management: Maintain accurate and timely management information (MI) to support business goals. Ensure data integrity across all reporting outputs. Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs such as net flows, assets under management (AUM), and client activity. Identify trends and anomalies, providing insights to regional teams for planning. Reporting & Dashboards: Design and maintain dashboards using tools like Power BI. Automate recurring reports and improve usability for stakeholders. Systems & Tools: Collaborate with technology partners to optimise platforms and identify enhancements that reduce manual processes. Compliance: Ensure all reporting practices meet regulatory and governance standards. Collaboration: Work with teams across Sales, Finance, and Technology to align data needs and present insights clearly. Training: Deliver training sessions to improve data literacy and effective use of BI tools.
