Role Overview You will handle all aspects of residential property transactions, including but not limited to: Advising clients on sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity Managing ID checks, source of funds verification, gift deposits and risk assessments Preparing and issuing contracts Handling mortgage redemptions and exchanges of contracts Ordering and reporting on property searches Reviewing and reporting on titles, leases and raising associated enquiries Checking and reporting on mortgages and management packs Building and maintaining strong relationships with referrers Requirements Proven experience in residential conveyancing, with full responsibility for managing your own caseload Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work independently as well as part of a team Legally qualified (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or equivalent) What We're Looking For We value professionals who are ambitious, client-focused and committed to excellence.
