Working closely with the Food Hall Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining standards on the shop floor, supporting team performance, and helping to drive sales and profitability in a busy, food-led retail environment. The Role Support the day-to-day running of the Deli and Food Hall operation. Deliver exceptional, knowledgeable customer service with a passion for food. Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and merchandising. Manage stock rotation, availability, and waste control. Identify and act on sales and margin opportunities. Work with local and regional suppliers to enhance the deli offer. Use EPOS and basic reporting to monitor performance. Support the training, motivation, and development of the team. Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety standards. About You Experience in food retail, deli, catering, or a customer-facing retail role. Commercially aware with strong attention to detail. Confidently supporting your manager and leading by example on the shop floor. Engaging, energetic, and customer-focused.
