Applies knowledge of APIs and web platforms to deliver seamless, integrated digital experiences. Has a deep understanding of customer experience principles and how to translate them into product features. Familiar with a broad range of digital concepts including SEO, analytics, content strategy, digital marketing, personalisation, usability, and compliance. Maintains a strong interest in emerging digital trends and technologies, applying relevant innovations to product development.
