About the Role You will support the Positive Behaviour Lead and wider Inclusion Team to implement effective behaviour strategies and pastoral care. Your work will include monitoring behavioural trends, making positive interventions, and encouraging engagement through reward schemes and celebrations such as ClassDojo points, student leadership opportunities, and reward trips. You'll collaborate with teachers, therapists, and external agencies to support individualised behaviour plans, and guide staff in implementing strategies from EHCPs and Pupil Passports. Your presence around the school - in classrooms, during break/lunch, and at school events - will help create a safe, consistent, and positive environment. This role is hands-on, challenging, and highly rewarding, giving you the opportunity to shape outcomes for students and contribute to the school's wider ethos of inclusion, respect, and achievement.
