What you'll be doing: You will be resolving SAP incidents relating to SAP Quality Management solutions, whilst also managing requirements analysis by understanding implications of change requests from the end user community and ERP functional staff to ensure requirements are understood and documented. You will be overseeing the development of functional specifications relating to changes around SAP Quality Management configurations, working with internal and external partners during build and testing prior to deployment. On larger projects, you will be working alongside functional consultants and developers from SI partners to collaboratively deliver changes.
