The EHS Lead is responsible for driving the Health, Safety and Environment agenda at site level and will be the subject matter expert for the site and ensure compliance to all EHS related legislation, group policies and standards. Support the business in delivering both business and site sustainability projects: Champions 12.3, WRAP, Group Sustainability targets of CO2, water, waste and plastic reduction. Drive and collate site KPI's and hold sites to account for hitting targets. What you can bring to the role Previous experience within a similar role within Food Manufacturing. Prior experience within engineering alongside EHS would also be a bonus. Ideally have a key qualification in EHS for example NEBOSH. Experience in building networks within and across sites to share best practice. Standard setting and holding people to account to drive standards forward.
