Position: Senior Civil Engineer Location: Milton Keynes Salary: 40,000 - £48,000 (dependent on experience) Our client a Structural, Civil and Geoenvironmental company based in North Wales are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to work from their office with hybrid working options. This opportunity would help accelerate an Engineers career by working with a well-established team within a continuously organically growing team and will be rewarded with a competitive salary up to £48k as well as 25 days holiday, flexi working, Healthcare and Life insurance. Senior Civil Engineer Salary & Benefits Salary £40,000 - £48,000 (dependent on experience) 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays Hybrid working Payment of a relevant professional subscription Life Assurance Policy and Healthcare Cash plan Personal Pension Plan, with Employer's contribution of 5%. An individual training and professional development plan Income protection scheme And Private Healthcare Senior Civil Engineer Job Overview Apply design standards such as British Standards, DMRB, and Sewerage Sector Guidance to deliver client projects. Ensure compliance with internal QMS procedures and design checking protocols. Coordinate with professionals and contractors to deliver projects on time. Manage smaller projects independently or contribute to larger schemes as part of a team. Deliver projects within agreed timescales and budgets. Collaborate with other company offices and disciplines. Supervise trial hole investigations and conduct visual inspections as needed. Mentor junior engineers to support their development. Liaise with clients and design teams to meet project briefs, attending meetings as required. Engage in business development and contribute to fee proposals. Assist in managing design projects, ensuring commercial success and timely delivery. Senior Civil Engineer Job Requirements Degree within a Civil Engineering Discipline 5 + years working within a consultancy Drainage design experience Chartered member of the ICE or working towards Good knowledge of all relevant British Standards and Design Codes.
