This may include HVAC systems (AHUs, FCUs, split systems, CRAC units), ventilation systems, plumbing and water based systems, pumps, heat exchangers, valves, actuators, strainers, expansion vessels, pressurisation units etc. Employment Package Summary: Role: Mechanical Shift Maintenance Engineer Location: Static - Farnborough, Hampshire Hours: 4 on, 4 off - days and nights (07:00am - 7:00pm / 7:00pm - 7:00am) Salary: 48,000 - 51,000 + 1,500 bonus + 3,000 AP Allowance. Paid overtime available. NO call out rota additional to shifts. Static site with on-site parking available. High volume of company funded training / courses / up-skilling + salary increases for passing these courses. Huge opportunity for progression. Working within a commercial, highly critical environment - brand newly built environment. 25 days holiday pro rata to shift pattern, company pension, uniform, phone etc provided. Requirements: To be considered for this Mechanical Shift Maintenance Engineer role, we expect you to meet the following requirements: Must hold a Mechanical based qualification (plumbing, air conditioning, mechanical engineering, marine engineering etc) or "time served" applications will also be accepted Experience within a maintenance based position within commercial environments if preferable but not essential. Experience within a maintenance based position within critical environments or with critical equipment if highly preferable but not essential. Able to pass an enhanced DBS check.
