Identify best practice and experience of how to get a product deployed into an enterprise environment. Management and Maintenance: Advise and update the day-to-day operations of the IGA environment and help develop the operational model, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve identity and access-related issues, providing technical support and guidance to internal teams. Security and Compliance: Ensure that identity solutions meet security and compliance standards, implementing and enforcing security policies and procedures. Identity experience: Proven experience with Sailpoint Identity Security Cloud. Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and security principles. Hands-on experience with configuration, connectors, identity merging, developing workflows and integrating Sailpoint to source and target connected platforms. Experience with identity governance and administration tools such as Sailpoint. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation using API's and infrastructure as code (IaaC). (Terraform/Github)
