Primary SEN Teacher Harrow Location: Harrow Full-time Mon Fri Long-term £34,000 £48,000 per annum We are looking for a dedicated and creative SEN Primary Teacher to join our nurturing and inclusive school community in Harrow . This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of pupils with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges. About the Role: Teach a small class of pupils with varying needs across KS1 or KS2 Plan and deliver personalised, multi-sensory lessons tailored to individual learning styles Work collaboratively with a skilled team of Teaching Assistants, therapists, and pastoral staff We Are Looking For Someone Who: Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) ECTs are welcome to apply Has experience working with pupils with SEND (mainstream or special school) Understands positive behaviour support strategies Is patient, empathetic, and committed to inclusive education In Return, We Offer: A supportive, experienced SEN team and leadership who prioritise staff wellbeing Well-resourced classrooms and therapeutic learning spaces The opportunity to make a meaningful impact every single day
